As a psychologist and coach with 23 years of experience in enabling people, couples, teams and organisations to unleash their full potential by getting the most out of what they naturally do best, to turn their talents into strengths and use them effectively ultimately.

I am a registered Psychologist in the category of Independent Practice (Industrial psychology) at the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the Medical Aids through the Board of Healthcare Funders of Southern (BHF).

I am passionate about psychological well-being, enabling my clients to deal with life’s challenges, including relationship problems, the death of a loved one, depression, burnout, life-cycle transitions, anxiety, substance abuse and post-traumatic stress.

I am an experienced business and professional coach who merges corporate mining experience with industrial psychological expertise to serve clients personally and professionally every step of the way. I have international NLP certification (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Gallup Strengths-based coaching.

I have established holistic assessment services, including psychometric tests, assessment centres, competency-based interviews, and career guidance tests.

PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING

I am a registered Psychologist in the category of Independent Practice (Industrial Psychology) at the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and the medical aids through the board of Healthcare Funders of Southern Africa (BHF).

My Psychologist Practice accepts most Medical Aids according to the specific fund’s rates. I do not take Siswe and Medihelp medical aids.

Individual Psychological Therapy

Individual Psychological Therapy aims to help you to deal with life’s challenges, including stress, the death of a loved one, depression, burnout, life-cycle transitions, anxiety, substance abuse and post-traumatic stress.

Couples Therapy

Couple’s therapy aims to build a solid and companionate relationship in the complicated world of couple-based decisions and behaviour, where both parties can experience happiness in a meaningful relationship. Couple therapy helps couples deal with relationship complexities, including communicating effectively, disagreeing effectively, identifying habits and patterns that may damage the relationship, and building or rebuilding trust.

Employee Assistance Programmes

My Psychology practice also provides Employee Assistance Programmes, collaborating with employers to assist employees with personal and work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, and mental and emotional well-being. Service offerings include confidential assessments, short-term counselling, referrals, and follow-up services for employees and their household members. I also consult with managers and supervisors to address employee and organisational challenges and needs.

I have established holistic assessment services, including psychometric tests, assessment centres, competency-based interviews, and career guidance tests throughout my professional career.

I always work scientifically to measure and identify critical success factors and potential rather than relying on a gut feeling – not to catch people out but to identify unique talents, traits and strengths. I use psychometric assessments in career and subject choice guidance, selection decisions, team building, leadership- and personal development.

I offer comprehensive career guidance and subject choice assessments to learners and adults. The focus is carefully matching aptitudes, interests, and personality factors to potential tertiary options and careers. Based on the student’s unique profile, the student and parents will receive individual feedback and a report with recommended school subjects or different study fields.

Occupational Psychometric Assessments

Competencies are built up by knowledge, skills, psychological attributes, competency-based interviews, and career guidance tests. The occupational psychometric tests holistically assess the full spectrum of competence, including knowledge, skills, psychological attributes and capabilities.

I have international coaching certifications in NLP and Gallup Strengths base coaching, and I am accredited with the International Association for Coaches. I have worked with businesses and individuals, from start-ups to executives, to play to their strengths and achieve greatness.

I use assessment tools, strengths base coaching, Multi-Level-Neuro- Processing and NLP, allowing you to discover your unique potential, talents and vulnerabilities.
